Meet Rachael

Rachael Sigsbee, RN, is the founder of Relax Medical Aesthetics, a board-certified registered nurse with over 23 years of experience in emergency medicine and critical care nursing. With a deep-rooted passion for both medicine and beauty, she combines her extensive clinical background with advanced training in medical aesthetics, having studied at Aesthetic Mentor in Waltham, MA. Rachael practices under the medical direction of Dr. Joseph A. Russo, a Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon. Together with her husband, Dr. Carl Sigsbee, an emergency medicine physician, they have spent over two decades caring for patients on Cape Cod, a community they hold dear.

Now, Rachael is thrilled to bring her expertise in health, wellness, and beauty to Orleans, MA. At Relax Medical Aesthetics, her approach is grounded in the belief that aging should be embraced with confidence, and beauty should be celebrated in its natural form. As a wife, mother, and passionate advocate for patient centered care, Rachael is excited to share her love for aesthetics with the community and help clients look and feel their best, inside and out.
